5. The Orca Global Disruption Fund is designed in a benchmark unaware manner. The Investment Manager believes the MSCI AC World Index is appropriate for comparison purposes given the Fund invests in companies across a range of industries including technology, renewable energy, consumer, communication services and healthcare. The risk/return profiles of the Fund and benchmark differ due to differences in the constituents of each. The Fund’s objective is to provide investors with capital growth over the long-term through exposure to companies that benefit from disruptive innovation – in or from any industry/sector, including emerging market listed investments.
6. Please note, Loftus Peak Pty Limited replaced Orca Funds Management as the Investment Manager of the Orca Global Disruption Fund on 1 March 2024.
7. The data source for the Fund's benchmark was changed from Bloomberg to MSCI effective 29 February 2024. All data prior to this date remains unchanged.

Contact Us
Larry is responsible for the distribution of Loftus Peak’s newly introduced active ETF and helping to develop the firm’s sales and marketing strategy for intermediary and retail clients. With over 20 years’ experience in sales and marketing across several industries, Larry has a strong background in business development. In his previous role, he was responsible for servicing wealth managers within stockbroking firms and financial advisory groups across Australia, including most recently, responsibility for a range of disruption funds.
Pierre has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry, having held a range of senior roles in financial advice, accounting and superannuation at organisations, including Aon, NAB/MLC and CountPlus. As an authorised representative of Loftus Peak, Pierre’s main focus is taking the firm's capability to market and ensuring that advisors and their clients are able to invest with Loftus Peak across multiple platforms. Pierre has a Masters in Business (advanced) from Adelaide University, is a Fellow of CPA Australia, is a Certified Financial Planner and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Pierre also holds a Bachelor of Business, Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking) and a Diploma in Financial Planning, from Financial Planning Association.
Charles has an extensive background in the financial services industry, specialising in both platform and investment fund distribution, working closely with Australian Financial Service Licence holders and adviser groups. He has experience in both retail and institutional roles. Charles has held senior positions with AMP, Westpac subsidiaries Securitor and Asgard, ING, Rothschild, BT and in the wealth and licensee divisions of IOOF / ANZ. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Banking & Finance) from Monash University, Associate Diploma of Business (PIR) from the University of SA, Certificate IV Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking) and has commenced an MBA at Charles Sturt University.
